AODA Training Video
Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Customer Service Mandatory Training for all NCCT Volunteers.
As many of you are aware the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Customer Service Standards (AODA) becomes mandatory effective January 1, 2012.
We would request that you take the time to review the above AODA customer service training video. The training will take approx 30+ minutes to complete. Once you complete the video, please sign the attestation form and return it to your supervisor.
