All volunteers at the NCCT must take Customer Service training as it relates to the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).
This online module only takes 30-45 minutes to complete and can be accessed here – http://accessforward.ca/front/customerService/
Once you have completed your training please forward the signed certificate of training to Bonnie.Matthews@ncct.on.ca.
