Service Description
A multi-use (1600 sq/ft) facility located on the main floor of the NCCT. It features large woodland style artwork and is a high-rise spacious room, with large windows letting in natural light. It’s completely accessible via a newly renovated service elevator. The Auditorium is suitable for the following: - Conferences - Meetings & Workshops PRICING Full Day: $600 4 Hours or Less: $525 Capacity: 120 FEATURES Available at additional cost: Wireless internet, hardline internet, video projector, screen, audio sound system, wired microphones, wireless microphones, podium, flip charts, coat racks and lap top. All prices can be found on our Rental Booking Form. SET UP The auditorium can be arranged in a variety of different styles to best suit your event needs as seen in the diagrams below or let the rentals department know what you are looking for. Conditions and Responsibilities of Renters
RENTAL FEE - Late submissions for catering, equipment, or room requests incur a 20% fee. - Landmark fee for outside caterers: $200-$500. - Renter responsible for damages/missing equipment. - Outstanding invoices accrue 4% monthly interest. LIABILITY - Renter indemnifies Native Canadian Centre of Toronto and its associates from liabilities arising from rental use. - Renter pays legal fees if enforcement action is necessary. SITE DECORATION - Renters can decorate but only staff may move artwork/fixtures. - No nails, screws, staples on walls; remove tape properly. - No glitter or foil confetti. CONDUCT - No drugs, smoking, or alcohol allowed. - Disparaging remarks or violence result in expulsion without refund. - Considerate use of premises required; disorderly conduct leads to expulsion without refund. NOISE - Premises are within Native Canadian Centre; noise must not disturb others. - High noise levels must be reduced; repeated disturbances can result in expulsion without refund. LOST AND FOUND - Centre not responsible for personal belongings. - Lost and found items held for 60 days. CANCELLATION - More than 31 days prior to event: Down payment will be refunded. - From 30 days prior to event: Down payment will not be refunded. - From 5 business days prior to the event, your entire invoice amount will be owed.
